Free Evaluation. Call or Schedule an Appointment Online for a Free Evaluation at the location of your choice.
Insurance Claim. We’ll Call your Insurance Company and File a Claim for You. (If you have already done so, we will get the insurance claim information from you and contact the insurance to provide the necessary information we will need to get your vehicle repaired).
Vehicle Pick Up. With the Claim filed, we will schedule a time most convenient for us to pick up your vehicle and get you into your rental car. (We will meet you at your nearest Enterprise Rental Car location, or any other location and an Enterprise representative will pick you and take you to the rental office to pick up your rental car. If a rental car is not necessary, we can meet you anywhere that is most convenient for you. You can also drop your vehicle off at any of our shops in Denver or Colorado Springs)
Initial Vehicle Inspection.Vehicle’s arriving at our shop all go through our Initial Vehicle Inspection, a process of thoroughly going over the vehicle, noting all damage on the vehicle. This inspection covers over 150 points, both inside and out of the vehicle. This inspection ensures we’ve found all the damage and can provided a detailed inspection with the insurance company during the Adjuster’s Inspection Process with initial estimates and supplements.
Repair Process. After approval is received from the Insurance Company, the repair process begins.
Quality Control Inspection. Once your vehicle repairs have been completed, we perform a final Quality Control Inspection. This inspection makes sure we haven’t missed any dents, all replacement parts have been installed properly and rechecking the entire Initial Vehicle Inspection to maintain the High Quality Service our customers come to expect.
Process Complete – Vehicle Return. That’s it! After passing inspection, we will schedule a time to meet with you and return your vehicle.
